Came here for 3 night stay, had a very comfortable experience. I booked comfortable beautiful room. The location couldn't be more stunning in the middle of the city. Besides, it was adjacent to London, and a pub. I did not want to leave there, so do recommend this hotel...

Our stay at Pine Chalet Room was delightful. The chalet itself was cozy and clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The location was picturesque, with beautiful fields and hills surrounding us. It was a convenient stop on our way to London.
I must mention that there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The pillows could have been more comfortable, and unfortunately, the fridge wasn't functioning properly during our stay.

Our stay at the Pine Chalet Room was absolutely mind-blowing! The lady who prepared our room went above and beyond. She made sure we felt looked after and even offered us food when the pub was closed. The location, surrounded by fields and hills, was jaw-dropping. The comfy bed provided a super night's sleep. We loved the convenience of free parking and the restaurant/bar area. The staff were incredibly friendly and the chalet was clean and had all the amenities we needed, including free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. The small bathroom was clean and adequate. We were pleasantly surprised by the selection of tea, coffee, cereal, and milk provided. Plus, it was amazing to be able to sit outside and enjoy our lunch in the lovely weather. We even appreciated that pets were allowed and that the rooms were non-smoking. We will definitely be coming back to this wonderful place!

Loved the accommodation with a "working" fridge.oh wait, it wasn't working. But hey, at least the staff was friendly and I enjoyed my lunch outside.
The pillow situation was fantastic! I absolutely adored how there were no pillow cases, it added such a rustic touch.

This made it incredibly convenient for me to catch my early morning flight without any hassle. the database provided accurate information regarding the distance to the nearest airport, allowing me to plan my journey accordingly.
While my stay at Pine Chalet Room was overall enjoyable, there was one minor issue that I encountered. The fridge in the room was unfortunately not working during my stay.
